Exceptions / non-returnable items

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow these steps:

- We will provide the proper steps on how to proceed with the exchange to have it completed
- Once completed and your return is approved and processed, you will receive a refund to your back to your original payment method.
- Place a New Order

Internation Return Policy

- Shipping fees and international customs duties are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
